    Functional Lead

    Provide functional lead services during ERP Software Implementations and Upgrades. Responsibilities include managing the functional team, project plan development and maintenance, status reporting, and managing deliverables.

    Module Subject Matter Expert (SME)

    Provide expertise in configuration, system design, testing, reporting, and conversions for a PeopleSoft module.

    Production Support

    Provide expertise in troubleshooting of issues in a production environment. Identify solutions and test to ensure the issue is resolved. Provide reporting expertise using SQl, query, nVision, and BI Publisher.
